Job Summary
Visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments; build rapport, understand needs, and present product solutions; deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish; use a proven sales process and sample kits to help close deals for Renewal by Andersen’s windows and doors. Role is 100% commission with large earning potential, supported by a strong brand and high-quality leads. Requires 2+ years in-home/outside sales, strong closers with goal orientation, excellent communication, reliable transportation and ability to travel within an assigned territory, and availability for evenings and weekends. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
- Track record of closing sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Availability for evening and weekend appointments
