Visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments; build rapport, understand needs, and present product solutions; deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish using a proven sales process to close deals for Renewal by Andersen windows. Represent a well-known brand with a massive marketing engine and company-generated leads, with 100% commission and high earning potential. Requires evenings and weekends, independent work ethic, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and travel within the assigned territory. Must have 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience, a track record of closing sales, reliable transportation, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
