Job Summary
In-Home Sales Consultant for Renewal by Andersen. Visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments; build rapport, understand needs, present product solutions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Use a proven sales process, sample kits, and technology to help close deals while representing a trusted window brand. Ideal candidate is a strong closer with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals, excellent communication, independent motivation, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. Compensation is 100% commission with high earning potential, supported by a robust lead-generation engine and ongoing training; benefits included. Travel within assigned territory required; ability to lift 50 lbs. and reliable transportation essential.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
- Track record of closing sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory
