Job Summary
In-Home Sales Consultant for Renewal by Andersen, a leading window brand, responsible for visiting homeowners for pre-qualified appointments, building rapport, presenting product solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process to close deals. Must be a strong closer with a proven track record, an excellent communicator, self-motivated, and able to work evenings/weekends within an assigned territory. Role is 100% commission with six-figure earning potential, supported by a robust brand, pre-set appointments, training, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k), health insurance, EAP, and more. Requires reliable transportation and ability to travel; lift up to 50 lbs may be needed. Benefits include paid training, ongoing coaching, and a strong marketing engine driving appointments.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
- Track record of closing sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Availability for evening and weekend appointments
