Job Summary
In-Home Sales Consultant — Meet with homeowners to recommend flooring solutions, close sales using company-provided warm leads (no cold calling or door knocking), and create a five-star in-home experience. Participate in a 4-week hands-on training (first 2 weeks paid) with earnings potential beginning in Week 3. Compensation features 100% uncapped commission plus draw (draw up to $1,600) with a first-year average earnings of $70K+ and top performers at $120K+. The role follows a flexible, appointment-based schedule (5 days per week) including evenings and Saturdays. Ongoing coaching, training, and support are provided, along with monthly performance and referral bonuses and an annual top-performer rewards trip. The ideal candidate enjoys building trust with customers, is energetic, self-driven, and motivated by performance to control income through effort and results, and is comfortable working weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays as needed.
