Meet with homeowners and help them choose flooring solutions, close sales using company-provided leads, and create a five-star in-home experience. Participate in ongoing coaching and training with a 4-week hands-on program, earn commissions starting Week 3, with draw up to $1,600. Flexible appointment-based schedule, five days per week. First-year average earnings of $70K+ with top performers at $120K+. 100% uncapped commission plus draw, new hire bonus after 90 days, double commission on self-generated sales, monthly bonuses, and annual rewards. Must be comfortable working weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays as needed, and be self-driven with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
