Job Summary
Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for in-home appointments and present tailored window and door solutions. Build trust, uncover customer needs, deliver clear proposals, and confidently close deals to generate referrals. You will work with a consistent pipeline of motivated homeowners, utilizing company-provided tools to maximize earnings through performance. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 30lbs required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record on an ongoing basis
- Flexibility for appointments with our customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred, but not required (in-home, B2C, retail, or consultative sales)
- Strong closing, objection-handling, and communication skills
- Confidence working independently and managing a pipeline
- Ability to connect with homeowners and build trust quickly
