Job Summary
In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services. Responsibilities include following a rotating schedule with evening/weekend hours, conducting 2-hour sales appointments, attending weekly meetings and training, guiding customers through a personalized one-call close process, and leveraging warm, pre-set leads with no cold-calling. Compensation includes a base salary, uncapped commission, and an annual net sales bonus with expected first-year earnings up to $200K+. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Previous sales experience but we’ve also seen great success with recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
