Job Summary
In-Home Sales Consultant responsible for guiding customers through West Shore Home's sales process in their homes, working with warm, pre-set leads to secure product and service agreements for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. Role includes a rotating schedule with in-home visits, attending weekly meetings and training, a one-call close sales approach, and no cold-calling. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission and annual bonus potential, with comprehensive benefits and paid training. Military veterans and bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Previous sales experience or customer-facing roles
- Ability to quickly connect with customers in person
