Job Summary
In-Home Sales Consultant role based in San Jose, CA. You will consult with potential customers to understand remodeling needs, present acrylic bath options, and create tailored upgrade solutions. Manage client relationships from initial consultation through project completion, coordinating with design and installation teams to ensure alignment with customer expectations. Responsibilities include presenting product options, communicating project timelines, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Leverage knowledge of home remodeling and acrylic bath systems, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (additional sales/design/construction certifications are a plus) and 3+ years in home sales is highly advantageous. Must hold a HIS License or be able to obtain one. This on-site, full-time role offers a commission-based compensation with a generous bonus plan and full benefits package, with potential earnings up to $100,000–$325,000 annually.
