Conduct scheduled in-home appointments using a tablet-based system to visualize room options and close flooring deals. Own the full client relationship from initial contact through referral requests while actively networking with builders, designers, and realtors to build a personal pipeline. Drive a company van to homeowners' doors to deliver a mobile showroom experience and hand off completed projects to the install team. This role offers uncapped commission potential with top earners reaching $100,000+, supported by a company vehicle, health benefits, and flexible full-time scheduling. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales, in-home sales, or another high-trust, face-to-face sales role
- A natural networker who's genuinely energized by meeting builders, designers, realtors, and past clients — and turning those relationships into referral business
- Someone who's competitive, coachable, and closes with integrity — not pressure
- Comfortable with a tablet-based sales process
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work some evenings/weekends around appointments
