Job Summary
In-home sales role focusing on roofing/exterior home services with an established platform; conduct in-home inspections and consultations, diagnose homeowner needs, present scope, pricing, and financing options, guide homeowners from inspection to agreement, complete contracts and documentation in ServiceTitan, maintain organized sales materials, generate referrals and self-sourced leads, and travel locally to customer homes. Requires strong communication, ability to present information clearly, CRM proficiency, and comfort working in varying weather; company supports with structured sales process, coaching, paid onboarding and training, a company vehicle, and benefits including 401(k). This is a field-based, performance-driven position with uncapped earnings potential and pre-set leads.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record & background check
- Comfortable working on roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to present complex information clearly
- Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and iOS tools
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
