In-home remodeling sales role serving as the primary contact for customers, guiding them through a personalized one-call close sales process for West Shore Home remodels (bathrooms, flooring, windows, doors) with warm, pre-set leads and no cold-calling; role requires presenting, negotiating, and closing sales during in-home visits, attending weekly training, and maintaining a rotating schedule. Ideal candidates show strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, bilingual Spanish/English proficiency, a valid CT Salesperson License, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to log into company systems with two-factor authentication; compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
