Job Summary
In-Home Private Duty Caregiver, providing in-home assistance to clients in Livingston and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include personal care and hygiene, mobility assistance, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, reporting health changes, companionship, emergency responsiveness, accompanying clients on shopping trips, reminding about medications, and supportive care during appointments. Training opportunities in dementia/Alzheimer’s care are available. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle. Must have strong communication, time-management, and ability to handle multiple duties; willingness to comply with health and safety standards. Shifts offered include 8, 10, and 12-hour options with full-time or part-time schedules. Required Qualifications
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a Valid Drivers License, Car Insurance, and a Reliable Personal Vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Training in First Aid and emergency response is required (provided if needed)
- Have excellent time-management skills and can juggle multiple duties at once
- Reliable transportation to get to and from client homes
- Comfort with housekeeping and cooking duties
- Willingness to comply with health and safety standards
