Job Summary
Conduct personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance for clients while planning meals, managing light housekeeping, and administering prescribed medications. Accompany clients on shopping trips and walks, reporting health changes or emergencies promptly. Provide supportive companionship and ensure clients adhere to dietary constraints during all duties. Maintain reliable transportation to client homes and comply with state health and safety standards, including background checks. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, car insurance, and First Aid training. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules with immediate start options and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- Car Insurance
- Reliable Personal Vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Training in First Aid and emergency response
- Excellent time-management skills
- Physical endurance for carrying groceries and physically supporting a client
- Ability to perform housekeeping and cooking duties while adhering to applicable dietary constraints
- Willingness and ability to comply with state and office-specific health and safety standards (e.g., background check)
- Compassion, understanding, and a desire to brighten the day of each client
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced training in dementia care and/or Alzheimer's care
