Job Summary
In-home BCBA role designing and overseeing individualized, developmentally appropriate autism care for toddlers and young children, guided by NDBI principles. Lead clinical programming, partner with families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support meaningful progress in home and community settings. The position emphasizes caregiver partnership, parent coaching, documentation and EMR workflows, ongoing professional growth, and flexible scheduling including telehealth when clinically appropriate. You’ll work within a BCBA-led leadership structure, contribute to a culture of quality and sustainability, and advance a play-based, relationship-centered model of ABA in settings that include homes, preschools, and community spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- State licensure (LBA)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
- A commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, and family-centered care
