Job Summary
Role focuses on guiding clinical programming for toddlers/young children with autism using a BCBA-led, play-based approach within home and community settings. Responsibilities include designing and overseeing individualized, developmentally appropriate care; building collaborative, trusting relationships with families through clear communication and shared goals; working closely with interdisciplinary teammates and leadership; leveraging NDBI and developmental science in program planning; and ongoing professional growth through reflection and feedback, with telehealth/remote work when clinically appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification in good standing
- State licensure (LBA)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, and family-centered care
