Job Summary
BCBA-led Behavioral Analyst role supporting young children with autism in a boutique, family-centered care model. Design and oversee individualized, developmentally appropriate care plans grounded in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI); partner closely with families, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary team to advance daily living, communication, and social skills in home and community settings. Role emphasizes collaboration, reflective practice, and clinical dialogue, with emphasis on ethical, developmentally grounded, and family-centered ABA. Location focuses on Austin and surrounding areas (home/community settings) with remote/telehealth when clinically appropriate; flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement. Requires ongoing BCBA certification, state licensure, master’s degree, and strong communication to support families and care teams. Training and mentorship provided, alongside leadership collaboration and professional growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- State licensure (LBA)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
