Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad clinical workflow to perform Diagnostic & Preventive Services while reviewing patient medical history. Engage one-on-one with patients in their private residences to discuss health questions and bridge care gaps. Travel locally across licensed states as needed and perform virtual visits when required. Maintain active, unrestricted medical licenses and work flexible part-time hours within the Sioux City area.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
