Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to connect one-on-one with patients in their private residences, facilitating referrals and ensuring comprehensive care. Travel locally within licensed states and perform virtual visits as needed. Requires an active MD or DO license, ability to work in diverse home environments with potential allergens, and coverage of the Shenandoah area.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MD or DO
- Able to cover the following primary locations: Shenandoah and surrounding area
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
