Job Summary
Per diem physician role providing in-home health evaluations for Signify Health/CVS Health. Conduct ~45-minute visits with patient in their home to review medications and medical history, perform physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the health plan, administer or arrange additional diagnostic tests. Must hold an MD or DO license (active, unrestricted) with multi-state licensing preferred; work involves visiting patients’ homes, flexibility to travel within licensed states, and occasional virtual visits. Uses an iPad and clinical workflow; no prescribing or treatment changes required during visits. Part-time position with hourly base rate and incentive structure, malpractice coverage provided, and a benefits package for eligible hours.”,
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted medical license (MD or DO) in coverage area(s)
- Multi-state licenses preferred
- Ability to perform in-home health evaluations
- Clinical workflow proficiency with iPad or similar device
- Experience delivering diagnostic and preventive services (e.g., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening)
- Willingness to travel locally within licensed states
- Part-time availability (per diem schedule)
- Ability to conduct virtual visits as needed
