Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams when ordered. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to provide comprehensive, personalized care while adhering to Signify Health's service standards. Travel locally within licensed states and perform virtual visits as needed, maintaining flexibility to meet diverse home environments that may contain pets or allergens. Work part-time with an anticipated weekly schedule of 12 hours, earning an hourly base rate between $83.69 and $180.25 plus visit incentives. Requires an active, unrestricted MD or DO license; multi-state licensure is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
