In-Home Physician (Per Diem) - Omaha, NE

Provide in-home health evaluations for members in their residences as part of Signify Health’s clinician network. Conduct ~45-minute visits including medical history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry, bone density screening) as indicated by the health plan. Use an iPad and adhere to a defined clinical workflow; physicians are not required to prescribe medications or alter patients’ current treatment plans. This per diem, part-time role involves travel to members’ homes within licensed states, delivering personalized evaluations to connect patients with appropriate care and resources. Must hold MD or DO licensure with active, unrestricted status (multi-state licenses preferred). Pay is hourly with benefits for part-time roles; typical weekly hours are around 12, with a base pay range of $105 per hour.
