Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to perform services such as bone density screening while adhering to safety protocols in diverse home environments. Travel locally within licensed states and conduct virtual visits as needed to bridge care gaps for patients. This part-time role offers a base hourly rate plus incentives, with malpractice coverage and supplies provided.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
