Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams, using an iPad clinical workflow. Engage one-on-one with patients in their private residences to bridge care gaps and provide personalized health guidance. Perform virtual visits as needed and travel locally within licensed states to fulfill specified role requirements. Maintain unrestricted medical licenses in the coverage area while working part-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
