Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, performing medication and medical history reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests such as spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to deliver comprehensive, personalized care while connecting one-on-one with patients in their private residences. Travel locally within licensed states as needed and perform virtual visits when required. Maintain flexibility to adapt to diverse home environments, including those with pets or allergens, while adhering to a 12-hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
