Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations by reviewing medication histories, performing physical exams, and administering diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to deliver preventive and diagnostic services directly to patients' residences. Engage in one-on-one conversations to connect individuals with appropriate care while maintaining flexibility to travel locally and perform virtual visits as needed. Work part-time with 12 weekly hours, earning an hourly base rate plus visit incentives, and operate in diverse home environments that may include pets or allergens.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.)
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
