Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams when ordered. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to perform services such as bone density screening while connecting one-on-one with patients in their private residences. Travel locally within licensed states and conduct virtual visits as needed. Maintain flexibility to adapt to diverse home environments, including those with pets or allergens. Work part-time with an anticipated weekly schedule of 12 hours at a base rate of $105.00, with additional incentives per visit. Requires an active, unrestricted MD or DO license.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
