Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Use an iPad and clinical workflow to connect one-on-one with patients, reviewing medical history and answering health questions without prescribing, ordering labs, or altering treatment regimens. Travel locally within licensed states as needed to visit millions of people nationwide, fulfilling Signify Health services including preventive screenings. Work in diverse home environments that may contain pets or allergens, maintaining flexible availability for virtual visits.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
