Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to perform services such as bone density screening while adhering to specific role requirements. Work as a clinician colleague within a national network, fulfilling specified duties for Signify Health, part of CVS Health. Maintain flexibility to travel locally and conduct virtual visits as needed. Perform duties safely in diverse home environments, including those with pets or allergens. This part-time role offers a base rate of $105/hour plus incentives, with malpractice coverage and supplies provided.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
