Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication reviews, physical exams, and optional diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Use an iPad and clinical workflow to provide services such as bone density screening while adhering to health plan orders. Perform virtual visits as needed and maintain flexibility to travel locally within licensed states. Work part-time with an anticipated 12 weekly hours at a base rate of $105.00 per hour, plus incentives. Engage directly with patients in their private residences to bridge care gaps and connect individuals with appropriate treatment plans.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
