Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations with patients, performing medication reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams using an iPad clinical workflow. Engage in approximately 45-minute one-on-one visits to connect with individuals in the comfort of their private residences, reviewing medical history and answering health questions. Provide comprehensive diagnostic and preventive services including bone density screening while adhering to health plan guidelines. Travel locally within licensed states as needed to fulfill visit requirements. Work part-time hours with a weekly target of 12 hours at an hourly rate of $105.00.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
