In-Home Physician Per Diem at Signify Health (CVS Health) to perform in-home health evaluations for members in their residences. Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Multi-state licenses (preferred)
- Anticipated Weekly Hours 12 (part-time)
- Proven clinical experience in home-based evaluations (In-Home Health Evaluations)
- MD or DO degree with board eligibility or certification as applicable
- Ability to travel locally within licensed states as needed
- Proficiency with tablets/electronic clinical workflow (iPad)
