Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams, using an iPad clinical workflow. Provide comprehensive preventive services to patients in their private residences, requiring flexibility to travel locally and perform virtual visits as needed. Maintain comfort and safety in diverse home environments that may contain pets, smoke, or allergens. Work part-time with 29.5 weekly hours at $105/hour, supporting Signify Health's mission to bridge care gaps nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
