Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations and diagnostic screenings, including medication reviews, physical assessments, and tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams, using an iPad-based clinical workflow. Engage in one-on-one conversations with patients in their residences to discuss health history and answer questions, while remaining flexible to travel locally within licensed states and perform virtual visits as needed. Perform duties in diverse home environments that may contain pets, smoke, or allergens, adhering to a part-time schedule of approximately 29.5 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
