Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams when ordered. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to perform virtual visits as needed while reviewing medical history and answering health questions one-on-one. Travel locally within licensed states to visit patients in their private residences, adapting to diverse home environments that may include pets or allergens. Work part-time with an anticipated weekly schedule of 29.5 hours, providing flexible, personalized care to bridge gaps in patient access.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
