Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams, using an iPad-based clinical workflow. Engage one-on-one with patients in their private residences to bridge care gaps and provide comprehensive preventive services. Perform virtual visits as needed and travel locally within licensed states. Maintain active, unrestricted medical licenses in coverage areas while adhering to safety protocols for diverse home environments.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
