Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication reviews, physical exams, and ordered diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to connect one-on-one with patients, reviewing medical history and answering health questions without prescribing or altering treatment regimens. Perform virtual visits as needed while traveling locally within licensed states to serve members nationwide. Work part-time with anticipated weekly hours of 29.5, maintaining flexibility for on-site duties in diverse home environments.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
