Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad-based clinical workflow to perform Diagnostic & Preventive Services while engaging patients one-on-one in their private residences. Fulfill specified Signify Health services nationwide, including virtual visits as needed, while maintaining flexibility to travel locally within licensed states. Work part-time hours (29.5 weekly) with malpractice coverage and supplies provided. Candidates must possess an active, unrestricted license and be comfortable working in diverse home environments with potential allergens or pets.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
