Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to provide preventive and diagnostic services while connecting with patients in their private residences. Perform virtual visits as needed and travel locally within licensed states to fulfill role requirements. Work part-time with an anticipated weekly schedule of 29.5 hours. Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted medical license in the coverage area.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
