Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to connect one-on-one with patients in their private residences, reviewing medical history and answering health questions. Travel locally within licensed states as needed and perform virtual visits when required. Engage with diverse home environments, including those with pets or allergens, to provide comprehensive preventive and diagnostic services.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
