Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams when ordered by the health plan. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to perform these visits while engaging one-on-one with patients in their private residences. Fulfill specified Signify Health services as a clinician colleague, maintaining flexibility to travel locally and conduct virtual visits as needed. Work 29.5 weekly hours as a part-time physician with malpractice insurance coverage and supplies provided. Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted license in the coverage area.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
