Job Summary
Provide in-home health evaluations as part of Signify Health within CVS Health. Conduct 45-minute visits including medication and medical history review, physical examination, and, if ordered by the health plan, select diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry, bone density screening). Use an iPad and a streamlined clinical workflow; no prescribing, ordering labs, or altering current treatments during visits. Travel locally within licensed states to visit members in their homes, delivering flexible, comprehensive, and personalized health evaluations and connecting members with the right care. Part-time role with benefits, including malpractice coverage during Signify Health activities; requires active MD/DO license and ability to work in-home environments. The role emphasizes patient-centered interactions, health plan coordination, and in-home care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO license in applicable states
- Active, unrestricted medical license
- Multi-state licenses (preferred)
- Ability to travel locally within licensed states
- In-home clinical evaluation experience preferred
