Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams using an iPad clinical workflow. Provide Diagnostic & Preventive services to members nationwide while traveling locally within licensed states as needed. Perform virtual visits when required and engage in unhurried one-on-one conversations to connect patients with appropriate care. Work in diverse home environments that may contain pets, smoke, or allergens. Maintain an active, unrestricted medical license and fulfill all Signify Health service requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
