Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to connect one-on-one with patients in their private residences, reviewing medical history and answering health questions. Perform virtual visits as needed while traveling locally within licensed states. Provide comprehensive diagnostic and preventive services without prescribing medication or altering treatment regimens. Work full-time hours with a weekly schedule of 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.)
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
