Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations for members, performing medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams using an iPad workflow. Engage one-on-one with patients in their private residences to review medical history and answer health questions, while remaining flexible to travel locally across licensed states as needed. Perform virtual visits when required and deliver all specified Diagnostic and Preventive services. Candidates must be comfortable and safe working in diverse home environments that may contain pets, secondhand smoke, or airborne allergens.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MD or DO
