Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to perform preventive services while reviewing medical history. Travel locally and within licensed states as needed, and conduct virtual visits when required. Perform duties in diverse home environments, accommodating conditions such as pets or allergens. Maintain active, unrestricted medical licenses in the coverage area.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
