Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication and medical history reviews, physical examinations, and ordered diagnostic tests such as spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and intuitive clinical workflow to perform these services, which do not involve prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Engage one-on-one with patients in their private residences to build trusted relationships and bridge gaps in care, while remaining flexible to travel locally and conduct virtual visits as needed. Candidates must be comfortable performing duties in diverse home environments that may contain pets, secondhand smoke, or allergens. This role supports Signify Health's mission to provide personalized, comprehensive health evaluations nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MDs and DOs
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
