Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, engaging with patients in their private residences to review medication history, perform physical assessments, and administer diagnostic tests such as spirometry or diabetic eye exams when ordered. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for each visit while maintaining flexibility for local travel and virtual appointments as needed. Work within diverse home environments that may include pets, secondhand smoke, or allergens, providing comprehensive preventive and diagnostic services without prescribing medication or altering existing treatment regimens.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- MD or DO
- Ability to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Ability to conduct virtual visits as needed
- Ability to comfortably and safely perform duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
