Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions using personalized programs designed in the GYMGUYZ App. Conduct client reassessments via the platform, manage your own schedule efficiently, and motivate individuals to hit their fitness goals. Represent core values of determination, respect, integrity, versatility, and excellence in every interaction while collaborating with a supportive nationwide network. Maintain CPR/AED certification and utilize mobile apps for session management and communication. Earn competitive hourly pay ranging from $32 to $50 plus performance bonuses, with flexible part-time to full-time options and opportunities for advancement into master trainer roles.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
